Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

For exchanges or returns to be considered, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you provide the invoice during the return pickup process.
Products that have been used are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges or returns are permissible under the following circumstances:

1. The product is damaged, or you have received the incorrect item.

2. The product's seal is broken upon delivery.

3. The product has expired before its delivery.

4. No items will be returned or refunded if they are purchased during a sale period or belong to the gifting category.

If your return meets the criteria, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from the same address. You will receive a notification regarding the expected pick-up date.

For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3–5 days after the return pick-up is completed.

If there are any delivery-related discrepancies, kindly contact us within 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us directly via email or WhatsApp before the product has been shipped.
If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund.
Mokal Organics reserves the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing or informational errors, or issues identified with the customer’s personal or payment details.

Refunds

Upon receiving your parcel, please record a video while opening it, clearly showing the package label and contents. This helps ensure smooth processing in case of missing or damaged products.

If your refund request is approved by our executive team, the item must be picked up in its original packaging. Once it reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect its condition, and based on the assessment, your refund will be processed accordingly.
